The EBRD and UNCITRAL Initiative on Enhancing Public Procurement Regulation in the CIS Countries and Mongolia  is designed to promote the updated, revised 2011 – UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement (UNCITRAL PP Model Law) and encourage upgraded public procurement regulation in the CIS countries and Mongolia to the new standard. K.S. Solutions involvement was to assist by the preparation of the workshop on public procurement law held as of October 2012
