ESIA Report for Small HPP Cascade Project, Private Client

Client considers development and construction of four small hydro power plants on Chon-Kemin river in Chui oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Client is looking to apply for a renewable energy feed-in tariff to be granted by the Kyrgyz regulatory authorities. In addition, the Client is seeking to attract a loan from IFIs to finance a portion of the Project costs.
